ABM Online Library was established by the Katsina State Government in partnership with Pleasant college of advanced studies (PCAS) and pleasant library and Book Club (PLBC) Katsina with the sole aim of promoting learning and research among the Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Educators across Katsina State. The platform provides researchers with multidisciplinary opportunity to millions of academic articles, e-books and dissertations to enhance education quality within Katsina State and beyond.
